Shipping

Important Shipping Notice: We ship UPS which picks up and delivers packages Mon-Fri. There are no pickups or shipments on Sat or Sun.

Cold Packs

Chocolate orders shipped to warmer regions of the United States may require a cold pack and/or Second Day or Next Day UPS shipping to insure the quality of our product. If your order requires a cold pack and/or Second Day or Next Day UPS shipping we will contact you by email or phone to confirm additional charges. You order will not be processed unless you approve these additional charges. This notice only affects our products that contain chocolate. Candy and nut orders will not be affected.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are determined by UPS and subject to a $2.50 shipping and handling charge. We are currently offering UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. We ship UPS deliveries Mon-Fri. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after receiving the order. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us and we will track the shipment for you.

Gift Messages

Gift messages can be entered at checkout and included at no additional charge.

Gift Packaging

In the event that your chosen tin or ribbon color is unavailable we reserve the right to substitute the color with another.

Returns

All sales through the windycitysweets.com website are final. There are no returns on our food items. If you were unsatisfied with your order for any reason please contact us.
